Ribs are interwoven on a steel rod; lovingly caressed with our
own special seasonings, then put on the Bar-B-Q. The glowing flames dance out
merrily and embrace these delicious mouth watering ribs. A generous

Julienne Salad - Entree
Chilled iceberg lettuce, ripe tomatoes,
boiled egg wedges are served with a cascade of turkey breast, Canadian
process cheese and lean-smoke cured ham. Served to your with your
choice of one of the following dressings: ranch, 1000 Island, French, Garlic
or vinegarette. (Blue cheese also available as a premium dressing.)

Caesar Salad
Crisp Romaine lettuce is torn in bite sized pieces, sprinkled with crisp
bits of bacon, parmesan cheese and coarsely fresh ground, black pepper.
Our special Caesar dressing is added and then tossed lightly. This
