SPICES
(so rightly named!)
This spice has so many uses!
Try these in your next recipe!
1. Spareribs: (even I cook ribs at home!) The best ribs are backribs
- everyone has their own favourite. For sideribs, I only use TBQ spices. Do not boil backribs, as
they lose all their nutrients this way.
2. Steaks:
When cooking steaks on the bar-b-q or under the broiler, TBQ All Purpose
Spice is the spice to use!
3. Fried Chicken: When frying chicken, use TBQ All Purpose Spice, of course.
Use this spice and you will need no other!
(hot enough to be enjoyable but not too hot!)
This is the spice for your Cajun style food. Use on chicken, kebobs,
burgers, steak, eggs, fish, pasta, stir fry, shrimp and roast turkey. Great on
liver or try it in your sausage patties.
There is a multitude of uses for this
delicious spice. Do not be afraid to try it in your favourite recipes. Let your
imagination be your guide!

- Coat well .
- Remove with a slotted spoon onto a coated or sprayed cookie sheet.

40 minutes.

brown.
2. Cajun Chicken Breasts:
- Clean chicken breasts of any fat or membrane.
-
Season liberally with TBQ Cajun Spice.
- Do one of the “3 B’s -
but be sure to not over cook.

and place on top of your favourite salad.

Spice.

- Serve with TBQ Pastry Place double baked, warm-crusted Vienna bread.
- To
double bake, preheat oven to 375 degrees F or 190 C.
- Place your crusty bread
on a cookie sheet.
- Make a mixture of sugar and water.
- Brush this over your crusty bread.
-
Bake for approximate 15-20 minutes on a middle rack (keep checking to make sure
it does not burn).

TBQ SOUTHWEST CHUNKY SEASONING
(new addition!)
This is a seasoning that is feisty and full of flavour. It is warm, tasty and delicious on virtually everything, particularly
if you like a
little heat. You also don't have to add any salt
or other seasonings.
1. Meatloaf: Take your favourite mixture of meat for a meatloaf, add TBQ
Southwest Chunky Seasoning and bake in the oven. The spices bloom . When it is sliced, you not only have a delicious tasting
dish but a
colourful one too.
2. Chicken: Instead of adding TBQ All Purpose Spice
, use TBQ Southwest Chunky Seasoning for a
change - it gives chicken
a whole different taste.
A gourmet shop in
the U.S. sprinkles TBQ Southwest Chunky Seasoning inside the cavity of their
chickens. The juices allow the peppers to open
and the taste permeates through to the outside of the bird. Then they generously sprinkle TBQ All Purpose Spice on the outside. Delicious!

pork or lamb with TBQ Southwest Chunky Seasoning and broil to desired
taste.
